1. If you haven’t already, order a sizing kit to get the perfect fit for your custom set.
2. Checkout with Custom Design Request:

    

   – I will work with you to create a design you’ll love. You pick your colours, designs, top coat finish, and optional bling.

   – Once you approve the final design, I will send you an invoice for final payment. You will have 24 hours to pay or you will lose your spot.

   – When payment is received, I will start creating your custom set.

**Please note: I do not reproduce other press-on nail artists’ work. If you would like a design of theirs, please support them!

Yes, of course! Any designs I have posted on IG @nailsbycreme or nailsbycreme.com can have elements changed. Different colour(s) or slight design tweaks can be typed in Order Notes.

• If major changes are requested (add bling or more intricate details), a final invoice with additional charges will be sent.

• A set of 10 press on Nails by Crème.
• Application kit (nail glue, file, cuticle stick, buffer, and alcohol wipe)
  If you prefer adhesive tabs please request them in the Order Notes.

If you order a sizing kit or try on bundle and a set of Nails by Crème, you will receive the sizing kit or try on bundle first in the mail.

You will need to size your nails on each hand and send via email your measurements. Click here for How to Size guide.

Once I receive your measurements, I will be able to create the set you have purchased along with the sizing kit or try on bundle.

• All Custom Sets by Creme nails are hand made to order by myself, current creation/processing time is always listed in the top left corner of the website.
  **Dependent on how intricate the designs are, the longer the processing time will be.
• Please note that creation/processing time does not include shipping time.
• If you have a question about processing time please message ahead of purchase.

I highly recommend purchasing a Sizing Kit to ensure you find your perfect fit before ordering a custom set of Nails by Creme. You will need to size every nail on both left and right hands.

The tips used at Nails by Crème currently come from a couple different companies. Sizing is not standardized making a size 4 medium almond vs a size 4 medium coffin different in width.

Different shapes also fit differently depending on the shape and size of one’s nail beds.
Different lengths can also make a difference on how the press ons will look.

Someone with shorter nail beds can have the short styles look long on your hands. vs Someone with longer nail beds the xshort or short styles may not cover your entire nail bed and will not fit.

Everyone’s nail beds are different, so please consider purchasing different sizing kits in different shapes + lengths.

We do not accept any returns or exchanges.
Due to the customization of the nail sets returns/exchanges are not accepted.

If a package is returned to mailer due to wrong address or unclaimed, you will need to rearrange delivery and pay additional shipping charges.

There will be no refunds if sizing is incorrect.
We will not be responsible if wrong size is ordered.
I have sizing kits available for purchase to find your perfect fit and shape that fits your lifestyle.

You may measure your natural nails (free from any product) correctly in millimetres (mm). Find instructions here on how to measure your nails.

If there is anything wrong with your order, please email me within 3 days of receiving your order. 

If the wrong shipping address was entered at the time of checkout, please email me ASAP with correct shipping address and your order number.

If shipping label was already created with the wrong address, you will need to pay the additional charge for a new label with the correct address.

They are 2 options when applying your Nails by Crème:

• Liquid nail glue application for a 2-3+ weeks wear. Follow instructions here, includes video tutorial.
• Adhesive tabs application for a 1-3 days wear. Follow instructions here, includes video tutorial.

Prep is key for a long-lasting wear.

Proper preparation of your natural nails will help adhere your Nails by Crème set. Please follow the steps here.

Ensure you are hands are void of lotions/oils before applying.

Do NOT apply after a shower/bath as your skin and nails will hold extra moisture that may prevent adhesion.

Avoid water for at least an hour after applying.

DO NOT POP THEM OFF! This will cause damage to your natural nails!

Please follow the warm water soak off here, includes video tutorial. This method of removal is for reusing the press on set.

You can also soak off in acetone, however you will not be able to reuse the press on set.

Each set of Nails by Crème is made from 100% soft gel materials.
