REFUNDS

No refunds if sizing is incorrect. Sizing is the customer’s responsibility.
I recommend you purchase a sizing kit for the best and perfect fit.

Returns/EXCHANGES

No returns or exchanges will be accepted.

LOCAL PICKUP

Local pickup available near Pioneer Village Station, Jane/Steeles area.

SHIPPING

All Canadian orders will be shipped through Canada Post.

All US orders will be shipped through USPS via Chit Chats.

We are not responsible for any shipping carrier errors and delays. Once the order is scanned into the carrier’s system it is no longer Nails by Crème responsibility. 

We are not responsible for any delays or delays caused at customs.

We are not responsible for items lost in transit when Regular Untracked shipping option is selected.

Some products are excluded from Regular Untracked shipping.

• • These products will not display the Regular Untracked option at checkout.

If shipping address was entered incorrectly at the time of purchase, please email me right away with your Order # and the correct shipping address.

If you need to change the shipping address after it has been printed, you will be charged to re-print another label.

DUTIES & TAXES

The receiver/customer is responsible for settling all charges in order for customs to release the shipment and have it delivered.

PrICING

Pricing is dependant on design intricacies, combination of: products used, nail art (rhinestones, glitters, etc.), and time spent.

Processing/Creation times

Current Processing times are listed in the top left of the website.

• • If more time is needed, you will be notified via email.

Custom Design Request: expect 3-7 days of the design process before actual creation of a custom set of Nails by Creme.

• • The customer will be responsible to reply in a timely manner when discussing design details.
  • The customer must pay the final invoice agreed upon before the start of the creation of their custom design set. You will have 24 hours to pay otherwise your design spot will be cancelled. 
  • For a shorter design process please have all these details ready:
    • Inspo photos, designs, and any details you would like
    • Preferred colours, top coat finish
    • Extras($): rhinestones, charms, foils, shell pieces, etc.
